Life is a system that recovers. ATS-1 is the standard for measuring how.

ANTRL models body, mind and cell as one self-balancing system. ATS-1 turns that model into a specification you can license: defined measures, the mathematics of recovery, and software, for research institutions and companies in digital health, clinical research, robotics and AI. For research and general wellness use.

The cells around this page grow, divide and settle at a set point. Disturb them and watch the population recover: the pattern ATS-1 measures. Illustrative, not data.

Three planes. One governing principle.

Every living system can be read on three planes at once. Each runs on energy, and each keeps itself within limits. ATS-1 reads the physical, psychoid and micro planes together, and treats health as recovery, not stillness.

Plane I · Physical

Sleep, movement, light and nightly heart-rate variability.

Plane methods

Plane II · Psychoid

Wellbeing every 14 days and momentary affect through experience sampling.

Plane methods

Plane III · Micro

Research biomarkers through partner laboratories, as a moderator only.

State Index

How it works

Resilience

Recovery speed, as a rate and a half-life.

State-Change Signal

A graded research estimate, never an alert.

Coherence and Metabolic Balance

Descriptive patterns, never targets.

Built for companies that serve people

ANTRL is B2B2C: companies build ATS-1 into products their customers use. Licensees must not make diagnostic, disease or treatment claims based on ATS-1 outputs. See what ATS-1 will not do and wellness versus medical device.

What ATS-1 is, and is not

ATS-1 is a proprietary technical specification published by ANTRL. It is not a consensus standard, has not been adopted by any standards body, and conformance is self-declared. ATS-1 is for research and general wellness only. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent or predict any disease, including any mental health condition. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number.

Questions

What does ANTRL stand for?

Advanced Neural Technology Research Labs. ANTRL publishes ATS-1 and studies how people recover across body, mind and cell.

What data does ATS-1 use?

Wearable sleep, activity, light and heart-rate variability; short wellbeing questionnaires and experience sampling; and, in research, laboratory biomarkers. It does not read brain activity.

Is ATS-1 validated?

ATS-1 never uses that word. Conformance is claim-specific, and the highest level is called Endpoint-checked.
